On the 2nd May it will be a year since my beautiful wife Hafina died of Pancreatic cancer.She was such a loving and caring person who always thought of others  before herself.In one of the cards I recieved after she passed one kind person had written, "She was an 'Earth Angel'", and she surely was.

It was only 9 weeks and 1 day after being diagnosed that we lost her.I will be running on the 26th september in the Anglesey 10k(sorry, due to ill health was advised not run the Bupa 10k in London) to raise money for the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund.Only 3% of those diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer survive 5 years or more and has the highest death rate of all cancers.
