Whizz-Kidz is a fantastic charity providing mobility aids for disabled children. Inspired yet again by Whizz-Kidz I will be running the 2014 London Marathon. I have set up this site for people to donate money directly to Whizz-Kidz and in doing so improve the lives of disabled children. I have targeted raising £1600 this year so all donations, big or small, will be much appreciated.  This year all sponsors will have their names written on my running vest so you can always say that your name made it round the marathon route (assuming I complete the course that is).

I ran in the 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 London Marathons for Whizz-Kidz and through the generosity of sponsors I have managed to raise close to £10,000 for this great charity. This year's Marathon is on 13th April and in total it will be my 9th London Marathon for Whizz-Kidz, one day before my 46th birthday – what a way to celebrate!!

The children who benefit from the Whizz-Kidz charity are truly inspirational. From the smiles in the pictures you can see how these children benefit from mobility aids.
