Story

Welcome!

You're here because a friend of yours supports GOMAD....

PLS SHOW YOUR SUPPORT!

About: Go Make a Difference (GOMAD) is a charity-based social and community project, conceived in 2008 and nurtured thanks to a heart-felt desire to give something back to the community and, in particular, through experiencing first-hand the devastating effects that MS has on patients and their families.

I want to complete this 180km trek in honour of MS patients and for all of you for your support; that is, I want to raise £10k BEFORE the trek takes place.

So...

Remember, your part is easy.... please GO MAKE A DIFFERENCE NOW and MAKE YOUR DONATION! All donations are immediately credited to the Sussex Multiple Sclerosis Treatment Centre.

---- DIG DEEP! ----
- £55.50 = 1km. If 180 people donate this sum, we will have reached our target of £10,000 for Multiple Sclerosis sufferers!

 - 360 people donating £28, reaches our target.... so please, dig deep!

...GO ...MAD!

and, as if you don't know how appreciated your difference is, THANK YOU! : )

--- The WHO/WHAT/WHEN/HOW/WHY ----

....GOMAD hope to gain as much SUPPORT... AND OF COURSE RAISE LOTS AND LOTS OF MONEY... as is possible... so we hope we can rely on everyone on here to help me make this what it can and should be...

                                         BIG!

Every one of you can contribute and make this difference happen. When we're talking about research, awareness and REALLY trying to make a difference for the people who need it... there is every reason to make your mark!

We are embarking on the 180km long trek, the GR20, to raise a minimum of £10k for The Sussex Multiple Sclerosis Treatment Centre - www.mssussex.com - a local, self-run centre, which provides specialised support to MS patients and their families. Here people have access to therapies, support and advice; it acts as a meeting place for people to socialise, learn how to cope with their unpredictable and often devastating disease, and to generally achieve a better quality of life. The centre, in Southwick, even picks up patients from their homes who, due to the severity of their condition, find it difficult to access transport or get outside of the house.

The Sussex MS Treatment centre is run on a self-help basis by people with MS, their families and carers. For this reason, your donations are invaluable.

...Thanks to you a variety of treatments and services will be funded for people who have nothing else to rely on. This project is also a huge both physical and mental challenge for us... so please please please give generously people....

...DOUBLE YOUR DONATIONS!...

...everything is possible! Make a sacrifice, and Make a Difference to the people around you!
