Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be cycling through Thailand and Burma in October with a guide and a support vehicle averaging about 100 miles a day for 12 days along highways and byways, some good, some not so and with some interesting hills to climb! I am 58 years old and although a physical fitness instructor I also have Parkinson's and therefore this is the biggest physical and mental challenge of my life and I need to do this before my condition stops me.
