I completed the half marathon in the truly horrendous time of 3 hours 10 minutes  

In my defence my left foot is now purple and swollen and altogether foul . It was hurting like hell from about 7 miles in and I had to limp from there to the finish, carefully avoiding marshalls who wanted to put me on a bus! No way! I hope the little hogs appreciate my efforts on their behalf.....

Apart from all that the BHPS are truly wonderful people - I've been caring for injured hogs for a while now as a volunteer and I can say that their information and support is excellent.
