Story

Having trained through the elements over the past few months, the time has come to do the hard bit.... and to seek your support for a worthy cause.

On 5th August 2007 I will be completing the London Triathlon in aid of SPARKS (Sports Aiding Medical Research for Kids). The event is the largest participation triathlon in the world and involves the following diciplines completed in sequence:

1.5km open water swim (in the Thames)

40km bike ride

10km run

...and all at an amusingly early start time of 0630!

Your support in raising as much money as possible for this worthy cause (and providing me with adequate reason for submerging myself in the suspiciously brown waters of the Thames) would be much appreciated.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: SPARKS will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.

Graeme
