Today (Monday 25th May) I completed the BUPA London 10k race through the centre of the capital city to raise awareness and funds for Macmillan, a charity that supports cancer victims and their families.

Thanks to everyone so far for supporting me and donating to my nominated charity - you can still sponsor me and help me reach my target - even if you spare just £2 please make a pledge!!
