Graham (me) and my wife Larraine are running the 2009 Flora London Marathon in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund. Thats 26.2 miles,  (if you wanna see me in pain then please sponsor me and Larraine its for a very good cause).

For over sixty years the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) has worked tirelessly to provide support to serving soldiers, former soldiers and their families in times of need.

As you can see i am a serving soldier and have been for 17 years. The majority of my friends are currently serving on operations abroad. Lads i salute you.

My friends could be your Brothers or Sisters, they could be your Son's or your Daughters they could be your Husband's or even your Wives, your Uncles or your Aunts, they may just be your friends like they are mine.

Everyone in the country is either directly related to or know's a soldier or a former soldier.

This is the charity for the Soldiers, so show them how much you appriciate what they are currently doing by donating as much as you can NOW.
