Okay.  Job done.  It wasn't a classic performance, but even though I say so myself, it was a brave one.  I completed the course in around 4 hours 50 minutes.  The weather was great for sun-bathing, not so good for running.  It would seem I will never pick a good year for that.  Anyway, maybe next year I will break the four hour marker.
