On the 25th of October '09 I am running the Great South Run on behalf of the British Heart Foundation. The run is 10 miles long on a fast, flat course around Southsea / Portsmouth and I will be taking part with fourteen others from Climax Studios.

I am seeking to raise at least £250 for the British Heart foundation (BHF). The BHF is the UK's leading heart charity and aims to fight heart disease through pioneering research, prevention activities and providing care and support for people living with heart disease.
