Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

We have now climbed Ladhar Bheinn in Knoydart on 6 June as part of the WaterAid Trail 100 Challenge.  As expected it was a very tough day, including some tricky scrambling and ridge walking, however we were very fortunate with the weather and all 19 of the team made it to the summit on time.  We were the last team to call in to confirm our success as we were not back to mobile phone reception until mid-day on the Sunday (just shows how remote we were).  Our success confirmed the overall WaterAid Challenge was a success as all 100 peaks were conquered.  Our post-climb celebrations in the Barisdale bothy were similarly epic and the whole team are eager to go again next year!

Thank you to all our sponsors so far.  We still have some way to go to reach our target so please keep donating!

p.s. it was too cold for the midges!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: WaterAid gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
