On Sunday 15th July the BUPA Great Capital Run 2007 will take place in London's Hyde Park. This is an annual 10km run raising money for Capital Radio's Help A London Child charity.

With one in three children living in poverty in one of the richest cities in the world, there is sadly a real need for us all to do as much as we can. By taking part in this run we hope to not only find some inspiration to actually go to the gym and get fit, but also to raise money for London’s kids.
