THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!
We've completed it!!!...
... and all three made it to the finish - (I came a close third out of three).... Anyway, between us we have raised over £1,600 and are totally made up about that! Just need to recover now :)
The support from you all, and those around the course today really helped us - a first time on a 10k run - and we've done it - here's to you Mum, and all those affected by Alzheimers - in any way
Guy, Sam and Barry
(Times were as follows.... Guy = 59:42, Sam = 59:38, Barry 58:08)

PS - its not of course too late to donate - I'm keeping this open until Christmas just to capture all I can, thank you.
**************************
I'm running this for and on behalf of Mum, who passed away a few years ago from Alzheimers. It affected everyone in our family, obviously Mum, but also especially my Dad who was her carer throughout. I will be thinking of her on the day, and I know she would have been very grateful (and quite touched) by your support.
Thank you too very much to the Co-operative Group for part of their 'Booster Fund' commitment - an extra £100
Offline sponsors - thanks go to ... Val Ryan,... Steve Hassard,...Howard Glass,...
This money is for those who might not be able to appreciate your efforts, but you, I and many carers will
