To Raise Funds for Friends of Roxburghe House
Many thanks for visiting our page. On the 18 of September 2010 we are hiking the – approx. 12 miles from Suie Hill, Clatt to the Bennachie Centre, near Inverurie. We are doing this to raise funds for a very worthwhile local charity – Friends of Roxburghe House.
Roxburghe House is a hospice caring for terminally ill patients in the North East. Many of us will have had family and friends who have spent their last days being cared for at Roxburghe. The staff there do an incredible job, but an important role is also providing support to the families of patients. Friends of Roxburghe House provide support from tea and coffee at the hospice to training for medical staff, your support will ensure that they can continue to provide the exceptional level of care they currently do, to those in their hour of greatest need.
We realise that given the current economical climate, fundraising for charities can be very difficult and as such appreciate greatly any support given. I think you will agree that all donations will be going to an extremely deserving cause!
Thanks again for your support - it makes a real difference!
