I have been chosen as one of 35 finalists in the Miss Southend On Sea 2010 competition.

I have less than two weeks to raise as much money as I can for Have a Heart, a very worthy cause, and would be very grateful of your support. On Saturday 29th May 2010 I will be competing against 34 other girls for the title of Miss Southend. After topping the public online vote by over 1000 votes I hope to do well in the final round and raise lots of money for charity through doing so! On Thursday 27th May 2010 i will be completing a 1.5 mile 'walk' on a bouncy hopper in fancy dress. I will be starting from Southend Radio at 18:00, going from there all the way to the Halfway house. I have chosen this as my charity event as feel it will both be a challenge for me and very amusing for people watching.
