P.S. - Since writing the below I have been able to secure a place in the London Marathon on 26th April 2009! I'm very excited, despite having to train in the dark, cold, wind, rain, snow(!!) and so I'm keeping my page open for a little longer for any extra donations for this extra feat, which as always would be gratefully received!

Well, I did it!

4 Hours 49 minutes 31 seconds, and I'm feeling very pleased as I ran all the way. It was a fantastic day with lots of support and sunshine, and I'm even thinking about doing another one...
