Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I signed up to do the London Triathlon earlier in the year in a moment of madness and feeling I needed a new challenge. Now the event is drawing closer I am starting to wonder what I was thinking- the training, extensive kit and prospect of the day is quite daunting!! I'll be doing the sprint version of the event which is a 750m swim, 20k cycle and 5k run.

I have decided to raise some money for charity as well as pushing myself well outside my comfort zone (by swimming with hundreds of people in the Thames!) and would be very grateful for your support.

Compton Hospice is a local hospice in my home town of Wolverhampton which provides care and support to patients, relatives and carers. They help people suffering with cancer and other life limiting conditions and were an amazing source of support to my family when my grandma had cancer several years ago.

I would be very grateful if anyone would like to sponsor me- any amount would be great and it will all be going to a very worthy cause!
