23 Members of the Heat Recruitment Team will be participating in the Tough Mudder South West on the 18th August 2018.  Never ones to shy away from a challenge the Heat Team cannot wait to get to the start line after months of preparation and challenge themselves against the world-class obstacles.

Getting people to sign-up was an easy challenge and doing it for such a worthy cause makes facing this gruelling challenge all the more special.

Changes Bristol have been running mental health peer support meetings for people in the Bristol community for over 14 years.  The service is volunteer lead, free and open to anyone in need of some extra help. Mental health affects us all and in times of difficulty or distress Changes Bristol is there to provide support, so no one has to suffer alone.
