Heroes for the homeless will take place on the 16th of December at City Road Central (GYMBOX Farringdon). If we hit our target of £5,000, our coaching team will complete 5 consecutive CrossFit hero WODs throughout the day, with WODs as voted for by our followers on social media. 

As the days become colder, it is hard to ignore the tragedy of homelessness, especially in an area like Victoria. So we are raising money for a local charity, Passage, which provides a roof and a bed for those sleeping rough in the area.
