We fulfil unforgettable Special Days to support seriously ill 16 - 40 year olds

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. As many of you will remember, I ran the Great South Run Last Year and for some reason, despite the appalling weather conditions I have decided to run it again this year. I have chosen to run for The Willow Foundation this year as I think the work they do is amazing.

The Willow Foundation was founded in 1999 by former Arsenal and Scotland goalkeeper and TV presenter, Bob Wilson and his wife, Megs, in memory of their daughter, Anna who died of cancer shortly before her 32nd birthday. Willow Foundation is a national charity dedicated to improving the quality of life of seriously ill young adults aged 16 to 40 through the provision of special days, the aim of which is to help a young adult (aged 16 to 40) living with a serious illness to spend quality time with family and/or friends. The Foundation organises and funds everything involved in the day including transport, activity fees, tickets and accommodation, where necessary and the days can be anything from a night out at the opera to a meeting with McFly!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Willow Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Thank you so much for your support!
