The Hugh James Team  are helping to establish a new charity Reaching Justice Wales ~ Cyrraedd Cyfiawnder Cymru  to support free legal advice in Wales

Reaching Justice Wales aims to contribute to the availability of legal advice across Wales.  The Charity will support Welsh voluntary sector agencies which provide free legal advice where there is need, supplementing but not replacing legal aid.

This event offers a wonderful opportunity for the whole profession to demonstrate its continuing commitment to access to justice for all. Integral to the success of this new organisation is that it draws together all of the various strands of the legal profession in Wales: Solicitors, Barristers, Legal Executives, Judiciary, Academics, Employed lawyers and Law Students.

Reaching Justice Wales is grateful to the London Legal Support Trust for offering to act as its "bankers" for this event by collecting donations via the JustGiving website. All monies raised by Welsh walkers will be paid directly to Reaching Justice Wales’ bank account as soon as all charity formalities have been completed.
