I am going to take part in a 5km fun fun again this year to raise awareness, if not money for the charity 'Little Hearts Matter'... because it is an organisation that works very hard wih families with children with the congenital heart defect, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome... something most people have probably never heard of - but unfortunately I have.

The run is in the grounds of Shugborough Hall, Staffordshire.. on October 12th..  Last year it was uphill & down dale, through some lovely gardens, and not so lovely cow-pat filled fields...

I have personally had support from the charity and by taking part in the race/run its my own little way of giving something back, to them, and in my sons memory.
