I am running my first (And Last!) London Marathon on the 25th April 2010,and am hoping to raise a minimum of £1500 for the ICan charity. So please donate as much as you can. Also if anyone wants to come with me on a 12 mile training run just let me know!

10 days to go and I have run 21 miles once (couldn't walk for 2 days after!) Should have done it a couple more times I think but I will have to give it my best. I would love to run in under 4 hours but I think that 4hr 30 is more realistic. As long as the weather is good!
