Cycling London Bridges

September the 28th 2008 i will be taking part in a sponsored bike ride for the charity detailed below with a great friend of Mine Liam Dwyer.

Liam was dianosed with Motor Neurone disease back in 2005 and refuses to give up. It is his determination in life that has inspired me to participate in this event.

Everyone who knows me knows i am one of the lease energitic or athletic of people however i have undertaken to use this opportunity to finally get fit and at the same time help a great friend of mine.

If everyone who reads this sponsors me just £1 the difference will be amazing. But £1 is not enough. Dig deep people. PLEASE....... This is a great cause.
