Story

My "mito" brother Corrado passed away in 2009 after 18 months of brave fight against a terrible brain tumor, and after being all his life a valuable example to all around him. The picture on this page was taken on December 2008 in London, on one of our very last peaceful moment together.

Corrado, who loved to run, is the reason why my sister-in-law, Annabelle and I started running. In April 2011 we will be both taking part in the London Marathon. I will be raising funds for "Macmillan Cancer Support" and Annabelle will be raising funds for "Brain Tumour Research Campaign (BTRC)".

"MacMillan Cancer Support" have tremendously helped Corrado and our family with their "angels" to go through this terrible fight;

"BTRC" represent that vital research process that can be carried out into brain tumours - so that other families do not have to go through a similar experience.

Please consider sponsoring me by making a donation to "MacMillan Cancer Support" through this page.

Thank you so much.

Andrea.
