Following the tragic death of our much-missed friend and colleague John Ellis on 1st May, a number of us decided we would like to do something to collectively honour his memory and to raise as much money as we could for MIND - the mental health charity nominated by John's family.

As you may know, we are by no means experienced athletes (ok, so Ifor is quite good...) but we are all in training for the event and will be spurred on to greater things knowing that we will be raising a lot of money for a worthy cause so please give as much as you can.
