The Norfolk Hospice and its Hospice at Home team supported us to have Mum at home after she was told she could have no further treatment for cancer. 

Mum was determined to spend her last weeks at home and surrounded by her family. The care provided by the team made those difficult weeks more manageable both for Mum and for all of us.

In lieu of flowers and in memory of Mum, we would be most grateful if donations were made to The Norfolk Hospice to support their important work.
