Story
On Wednesday 9th September, the ROCC team will be taking on the Ironman Challenge!
2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and a 26.2 mile run.
Tracy, Charlene and Kerry will tackle the swimming!
Derrick, Brian and Liz will be Running ROCC Stars!
Ed, Sasi, Rob, Sara and Nic will be spinning on the bikes....
And please spare a moment for James, Kev, Andrew and Wilk - these HEREOS will be challenged on completed aspects of all 3 sports!
