On July 25th I will be taking part in Ironman Zurich, this will be my toughest Triathlon challenge so far...

2.4 mile swim

112 mile cycle

26.2 mile run

Ironman Zurich has to be completed in 16 hours.

I have been training hard for a year, I would love to use this opportunity to benefit a local charity who have made a massive difference to some families at my school.  I fear that in the current financial and political climate support for bereaved families will be squeezed...St Teresa's will use your money wisely to care for the terminally ill and support families.
