What seems like a lifetime ago, we signed up to Run to the Beat to give ourselves a bit of a personal challenge and obviously to raise money for a fantastic cause - it seemed like a really good idea at the time but now, with D-day looming, we're a little scared!!

For those of you who know us well, we are more often seen with a vodka in one hand and copious amounts of chocolate in the other so this is actually a real challenge to us and believe me when I say we're feeling the pain!

Any support you feel you can give - whether it's financial or in the form of hurling abuse at us as we limp our way to the finish line will be hugely appreciated.
