Hi All,

Basically , Iv decided to run the Berlin Marathon on September 27th 2015 for my Nan and all others affected by Alzheimer's. Iv seen first hand what a terrible illness this is, so id just like to help, in someway, however small, to fighting it.. 

I know times are tough for us all so i'm not asking for much, just whatever you can..
