James Elliot Foundation

Suddenly at University Hospital Wales at a young age of 19 on Thursday 12th February 2015, darling James, of Sully, sadly passed away. James was admitted to Llandough hospital on Wednesday morning and on the Thursday I sat with James whilst the doctors tried to find out what was wrong.. James was transferred to the UHW. James sadly lost his fight for life and passed away later that day after having 2 operations. James died from septicaemia and organ failure caused by a twisted bowel. This was so sudden and so unexpected!! James absolutely loved life and school and particularly the common room in his school, Ysgol Y Deri Penarth. The day before he was admitted we were up in the common room playing snooker and listening to music on my iPhone.

Iv set up this foundation in memory of James, my little shadow, to raise money for a new pool table, a juke box and an air hockey table (which James would have loved). If we raise enough, my dream is to buy new gym equipment for the school as this was another room in which James loved!

The school is for children with special needs and they would absolutely love this equipment as woud have James. Being around the children is so rewarding and I love seeing them have fun and enjoying life. 💜 I've lost my world but im determined to make him proud. Please please let's make this big and enjoyable too!! Any questions please don't hesitate to message me. 😘 xx
