After 2 and a half years I've decided to put my running trainers back on again and hit the streets in preparation for 26.2 miles around the capital.

This year my donations are being split between 2 charities, the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre who I ran for last time, and the Rhino Ark Charity.
