In case you don't know, this September we will be taking part in the Rickshaw Run (see the website: rickshawrun.theadventurists.com for more details). We will be driving from Goa in western India to Pokhara in Nepal:

That's 2000 miles - in a 145 cc, 7 bhp, 2 stroke Auto Rickshaw... IN 2 WEEKS!!!


~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~PAINT OUR RICKSHAW!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If you give the largest donation (taken from both our justgiving websites, our other one currently has a highest donation of £50), you will win the opportunity to design the paintjob for our Rickshaw!!

We will arrange for our tuktuk to be painted to whatever* specification you choose before we arrive in India. Think of the kudos!!

* India is a conservative country. Designs must respect this as we don't want to be arrested!!

When you donate you can submit a name for the tuktuk. We will choose the best one before we leave. The name will be emblazened across the rickshaw in a prominent place. Nice!

On this page - Frank Water funds and implements sustainable, affordable, clean water projects across India using the latest technology. In a country where 65% of the primary schools have no clean drinking water and much of the water available to the population is contaminated with bacteria, arsenic and salt this is a vitally important campaign.

On our other justgiving page - Maiti Nepal offers help, support, protection and rehabilitation to Nepali girls and women who have been subjected to exploitation and domestic violence across Nepal - We've now received over £500 of donations to this charity, so are now campaigning to raise money for Frank Water!
