Thank you so much for sponsoring me, this bike ride is one of the best things I have ever done. I loved every minute of it, even though I crashed on the first day, I just brushed the road kill off me and got back on !!

 

I have met some great new people and we are all still in touch with each other.

 

I now realise what "The Stroke Associaltion" does for people who have suffered a stroke and the help that they offer their families & loved ones.
