Hi Everyone, thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I'm so excited to be riding in a Charity Race which will be held at Newbury Racecourse on the 12th June to help raise money for the Spinal Injuries Association.

For me the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is such a worthy cause. A close friend of mine had a serious accident and was told that he would never be able to walk again. After many months of Physio he regained the feeling of his lower body again and is now able to walk unassisted. This wouldn't be the case if it wasn't for charities such as the SIA dedicated to helping people.

Saying 'thankyou' to the dedicated team that helped my friend to what seemed a magical recovery just didn't seem enough. I now want to do my bit and raise money myself for charities such as the SIA as a way of saying 'thankyou for saving my friend and helping him walk again'.
