As most of you reading this will know,  me and my family have recently lost our beautiful Nan because of crappy cancer.  Even if you didn't I want to say thanks for even taking the time to consider sponsoring me. 

This might come as a surprise to a lot of you but I am not exactly keen on running, not even for a bus let alone 5k.  But after losing one of the main people who have influenced my life to cancer I thought what can I do.  So we came up with a run, something so simple that might take us a step closer to beating cancer and never losing anyone again, it felt like a no brainer! So from now on I will be training and getting my fitness into check so I can do my Nan proud and make her laugh as I run through the mud :)

I know the money you give today will never bring back the people we have all lost, but I am making 1000% sure that I do as much as I can to help research, even in such a small way.
