I miss dad massively, and if we can raise funds that go some way in helping understand this dreadful disease then it is worth us giving it our all.  I can't promise it will be an impressive run, but if you want to come and cheer Alice, Anna (my niece) and me along we would love to see you on the 6th.  I will be the red, exhausted one at the back!
