Having become fitter and survived Hurricane Dean in Mexico in 2007 I have decided it is about time I set myself a new challenge.  I have booked myself on a three day trek in the Morrocan Sahara and have committed myself to raise a minimum of £1,500.00 for Scope.

Scope is a charity who support people diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and their families.  My friend Ruth who is walking with me has a daughter, Rebecca, diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy in 1990 and so the challenge has a particular meaning to me.  If you are able to make a donation to assist me in this challenge I will be eternally grateful.
