It's his warped version of events as I get ready for the run.

Zack is my nephew, he was born 5 years ago and has had lots of care and attention since.. Luckily he has a fantastic mum and dad and sister who love him lots. His friends and carers are excellent and charities like WhizzKidz offer lots of love and support in a very challenging environment for him and his loved ones.

Any of us could find ourselves in this challenging situation, fortunately most of us don't, but we can help those who are. Please donate to my marathon fund raising efforts. Thanks, Jo
