So I decided to run a cheeky 5k. (Don't laugh) 

I'm setting myself a big target as a total non runner but ain't no stopping me when I've put my mind to something. 

I'm running firstly for my own health but I though it would be an amazing way to support a service that I have used regularly and provides an amazing flag ship of hope to people across the UK. 

Dean Street is a sexual health service. They provide a robust preventative health service and rapid testing and support to those that access. 

As with all NHS health services it is constantly threatened with cuts but the provision for sexual health care needs to grow to meet the demands. 

I wanted to offer a little bit of support to give thanks for the fantastic work they do. 

If any of you can spare a few quid to donate directly to this cause I'd be massively grateful. Those of you that Know me will know I'm not exactly built for speed! So every penny you can spare will bolster my motivation!
