Well amazingly I have survived!!!

Swimming in the docks was as horrible an experience as you can imagine. I also had some wetsuit issues which we won't go into.

The bike ride - 25 miles through docklands and central London was wonderful and I managed to make up some time. Finally a leisurely 10k jog around the docks on a bright Sunday morning was actually quite pleasant.

My final time was Swim - 48.14!!!!, Bike 1:13.07, Run 52.36.

Total 3hrs 4.07mins. I would have achieved my target of 3 hrs if I could do more than a doggy paddle.

Thanks so much for those who sponsored me,Fiona and the kids for putting up with a grumpy git for the last week and to my brother for getting up at a ridiculous time (4.30) to cheer me on.
