Whooo, I have run the London Marathon!! It took me 4hrs and 23mins.

As the majority of you will know my best mate lost his mother to breast cancer when we were at school. I was therefore 'Running For Ros' and the other estimated 46,000 women that are diagnosed with breast cancer each year.
