Story

Here we are again!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU for visiting our page, and hopefully sponsoring us.

Every year, the three of us (and anyone else we can drag along!) take part in the London 10k to raise money for BDF Newlife. They have been fantastic in helping children with birth defects, giving valuable support and equipment to families around the UK. The money we raise here, will go to a local child in our area, through the charity.

The charity has been wonderful in relation to Jo's own son, hence the link we have to BDF Newlife. PLEASE, PLEASE, for the last time this year (we promise!) dig deep for us, and help us exceed our target of £350. Most of us have children, so we can all relate to the plight of a lot of families a lot less fortunate than ourselves.

Jo also has a group of clients raising money in their Pounds 4 Pound Weight Loss Challenge - they are doing brilliantly. When you leave your message here, please spur, not only Jo, Paul and Andy on, but also these ladies!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thanks SO much

Jo, Paul and Andy
