As some of you may know I am running the Manchester marathon at the beginning of April. My wonderful Dad had heart surgery very recently at Derriford Hospital and Mum and I stayed in an amazing place called HeartSWell Lodge, which is a charity set up to provide accommodation and support to relatives of people having treatment at the hospital. It was a calm and comforting environment, almost a home from home, at an otherwise difficult time and I really want to give something back to help them carry on! The charity also provides counselling and defibrillators across Cornwall and Devon. Any donation would make a huge difference 😊 thank you!!
