I have put myself forward to run for Kisharon in the London 10K on Bank holiday May.  Kisharon provides excellent support for those who have learning disabilities. 

This run means a lot to me, as I need to build up some stamina to feel young and vibrant - I'm like an old man at the moment.  So if you won't do it for the kids in Kisharon (pretty heartless) - then do it for Samad!!
