Story

JOY GOODMAN 1933-2011

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit our Trinity Hospice fundraising page in memory of Joy Goodman.

Joy was admitted to Trinity Hospice on Boxing day after her battle against Cancer became too much for her to cope with. She was cared for there for one month, with consistent compassion and gentleness. They helped her maintain her dignity and comfort at all times and minimised her suffering right until the end.

The staff were all equally kind and sensitive towards us as her family and we feel that raising money for such an important cause would be the best way of us all saying thank you to them. We would be enormously grateful for any donation you feel able to contribute.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Many thanks again from Joy's family and Trinity Hospice
