My friend Philippa Smart and I wanted to get fit and healthier and shed a few pounds along the way, so decided to help Katharine House out at the same time.   Doing this for them will help to keep us focused too.  We are bucking the trend and not dieting but we are making a stand for healthy eating and exercise and we are asking that you sponsor us by the 1lb if thats okay. 

Our aim is that together we will lose the weight of Amy Johnson one of the Fundraising team at Katharine House Hospice, thats her in the middle of our picture.  Philippa is on the left and I am on the right.   This page is to sponsor me for my first 14lbs loss over the next 12 weeks.   Our weight will be checked at the gym each month, so there will be independent verification of what we weigh and hopefully you will see the difference too.
