Gents
Mark Peachy and I succesfully completed the Lisbon Long Distance Triathlon. Mark came in at a staggering 5 hrs 29 mins, I came in at 5 hrs 59 mins. So it s job done and money raised for Help the Heroes. Buts its not too late to give, so get your money and credit cards out now. And if you don't, I have even more dastardly schemes to get that cash from you to a Charity that does what it says on the tin.

36 Hours to go
Myself and Mark Peachy will be completing the Lisbon Half Ironman distance International Triathlon on the 25th April 2009. Thats a 1.9 km open water (sea) swim followed by a 90km bike ride followed by a 21.1 km run. It seemed like a good idea in the pub in November. There a few things you may wish to know:
1. I have never done a Traithlon before.
2. I can't swim.
3. I wish I had stabilisers for my bike.
4. Only joking about 2. That said, I can't swim in open water in a straight line at the moment.
5. Whatever happens (and I am confident I will finish) the Money will go to Help the Heroes, a Charity that deserves our help.
