Most of you will know our story. My  wonderful son Connor was born 4 years ago not only gorgeous and just like his dad but also with downs syndrome.

 For the last few years myself and my best mate Ruth have been running the Great North 10k run to raise money for the Downs Syndrome Association, who are a wonderful charity that not only help shape a more independent life for Connor and all people with Downs Syndrome but also offer help and support and information to our family. 

All my thanks go to Ruth for sticking by my side and being such an amazing support.
